Our CTE Cooperative

The North Central CTE Cooperative encompasses 10 schools in 4 counties in North Central Indiana. Each school offers CTE programs to their students, known as building based programs. All students have access and opportunity to participate in our shared programs.

Director's Message

Welcome to North Central CTE!

We enjoy serving the 10 school corporations that make up our cooperative, and continuing the tremendous growth we’ve experienced over the past several years.

Our core mission is to offer students incredible opportunities that prepare them for their next steps whether that means enrollment, enlistment, or employment or a blend of all three. Thanks to the dedicated instructors throughout the cooperative, our students earn numerous industry certifications annually. I am thrilled to help continue this tradition while finding new ways to expand our impact.

Public education is my passion. My career has been dedicated to serving others as a Special Education teacher, an industry HR professional, and in various nonprofit and government roles. This diverse background fuels my commitment to ensuring our students succeed.

The schools in our cooperative are second to none. Together, we provide access to programming tailored to high-wage, high-demand jobs that are directly relevant to the workforce in Regions 1 and 2. Beyond technical training, we focus heavily on foundational employability skills throughout all of our programs. By partnering closely with local industry leaders, we are proud to provide hands-on job shadowing and internship opportunities that bridge the gap between the classroom and the real world.
